Orders received before 12:30 PST will ship the same day, typically via FedEx standard ground. Your gear should get to you within 13-15 business days. Expedited shipping is available ?C we can provide a quote (just a heads up that heavy tents come with a hefty cost to ship much quicker). We will email you a tracking number once your order goes out the door and keep in touch with you to make sure that all is well! Sorry, we do not pay for return shipping.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or missing boxes if the packages that show a proof of delivery by the shipping agent.

Bell tent shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, United Kingdom, or Puerto Rico are provided during the checkout process.
